This spring onion is characterized by a cylindrical tunicate bulb with a delicate taste and a juicy and sweet pulp. It has been produced for over 2000 years in the Agro-Nocerino and Pompeii area. A spring-harvested onion, used mainly for fresh consumption since it cannot be preserved for a long period of time. The product is originating from a sustainable, controlled and certified Supply Chain. It is grown following the disciplines of integrated production.
