We are a fruit and vegetable company but first of all we are a family: the Buono family!
The history of the Buono family starts in the Sixties in the heart of the Agro nocerino-Sarnese in the province of Salerno up to the present day. Our company, currently in the third generation, has worked with passion to create and grow a solid, innovative and competitive company. From our continuous efforts and the commitment of our entire family to work, finally our new brand Auragricola was established.
For over sixty years, the founding ideas and values that motivated us have always remained unchanged. We continued to chase the same dream, today as yesterday: offer high quality products from highly suited areas throughout southern Italy. And we do so respecting the areas and fields in which we live, following the rhythms of nature, embracing sustainable techniques and avoiding waste.
To our two main products, spring onions and fennel, which are the core business of the company, we have integrated a wide range of vegetables that are available only at certain times of the year. We have introduced new techniques with strong innovation content by type of product, size and packaging, pursuing the goal of high quality and respect for the environment. In recent years we have also transformed the growing attention to environmental issues by embracing and studying always new and innovative sustainable packaging techniques.
